A typical launch takes six to ten weeks, depending on how ready your framework is and how much bespoke branding you want. We can move faster when the framework is already clear.
Week 1
Kick-off workshop. Shape your framework, scoring, client journey, brand direction and what success looks like at launch.
Weeks 2–3
Your framework built into the platform. Brand applied and reviewed. Report templates drafted. Your domain and emails set up.
Weeks 4–5
Question wording, maturity level descriptions and email content finalised. Your dashboard set up. First full walk-through.
Weeks 5–7
A pilot with two or three friendly clients. We observe, you refine. Copy, scoring and report tone iterated based on real use.
Weeks 7–9
Training sessions for your team. Launch readiness check, legal pages, analytics set up, and internal comms.
Week 10
Public launch. Two weeks of close attention with daily check-ins and quick copy changes. Then into the normal support rhythm.
